Q1: I am not able to log in with my email and password. What should I do?

Most errors will provide a descriptive message of the error in red text. Please check the error message for specific instructions.

In case you have created your Lucio account with Google or Microsoft Directory, you can only sign with Google or Microsoft Directory and not via Email/Password and vice versa. Please ensure that you are using the right method of signing in, consistent with the method that you created your Lucio account with.

In case you are unable to login in with your correct email ids, please follow these steps:

  1. Re-login: If you have already logged in before, please try logging out and logging in again.

  2. Hard Refresh: Also, you can perform a hard refresh of your browser (Ctrl+Shift+R on Windows or Command+Shift+R on Mac).

Q2: I created my account on Lucio with Google but want to use my email and password (or vice-versa) for logging in. Is this possible?

This will not be possible as currently, switching login methods requires deleting and recreating your account. Please reach out to us for further assistance.

Q3: I'm not receiving the login OTP. What are my options?

Please try the following steps:

  1. Check Spam/Junk: Look in your spam or junk folder for the login OTP.

  2. Resend and Check Spam: Click "Resend" on the OTP page and check spam again.

  3. Contact Support: If still not received, please contact us to have your account activated from our back-end.

Q4: I see "Something went wrong. Please try again." when logging in. What should I do?

Please clear your browser's cookies and cache, then perform a hard refresh (Ctrl+Shift+R on Windows or Command+Shift+R on Mac). After that, try logging in again. If the issue persists, kindly take note of the steps leading to the error and reach out to us for assistance.
