Q1: I have encountered an Error Code 403. What does this mean and what do I do?

This indicates a permissions issue. Try closing all Lucio tabs and reopening the platform. Alternatively, try logging out and logging back in.

Q2: I have encountered an Error Code 500. What does this mean and what do I do?

This means a server crash has occurred, possibly due to a bug or unexpected platform usage. Please note the steps leading to the error and get in touch with us.

Q3: I have encountered an Error Code 413. What does this mean and what do I do?

This indicates that the request is too large. Check for overly large files or excessively long questions. Try to break the large files into smaller batches, or simplify the long question to the extent possible and run the query again.

Q4: I have encountered an Error Code 429. What does this mean and what do I do?

This indicates that you may have hit a rate limit. Please wait for a minute and try again.

Q5: I am getting Network Error on Assistant/Chat while running a query. What should I do?

This issue may have arisen due to an unstable internet connection. Please ensure your connection is stable. If it is, try performing a hard refresh (Ctrl+Shift+R on Windows or Command+Shift+R on Mac). If that doesn’t resolve the issue, please re upload the documents in a new chat session and attempt to run your query again.
