Q1: My documents aren't getting uploaded. What are the possible solutions?

Several factors can cause this. Try these steps:

  1. Hard Refresh: Perform a hard refresh of your browser (Ctrl+Shift+R on Windows or Command+Shift+R on Mac).

  2. Restart Lucio: Close all Lucio tabs and reopen the platform.

  3. Re-upload: Try uploading the files again.

  4. Smaller Batches: If uploading many documents, try uploading them in smaller groups, especially if your internet connection is unstable.

  5. Switch Browser: Change the browser and upload the documents again.

Q2: My documents still won't upload after trying those steps. What now?

The problem might be with a specific document. If it is a specific file, try printing it as a PDF on your system and then upload. Please contact support (enter email id?) for further assistance and share with them the file.

Q3: My document is stuck and has been showing “In progress” for a long time. What should I do?

If the upload started less than an hour ago, please wait longer, especially for large files. If it's been over an hour, try re-uploading the document afresh.
