Q1. Does Lucio support non-English documents?

Yes, it supports over 160 languages worldwide, including most major languages.

Q2. Is it possible to generate answers in a non-English language?

Yes. The responses on Assistant can be in any language based on your instruction (e.g., add "answer in Arabic" in your prompt). You can also instruct it to generate drafts in two different languages side-by-side via the third button on the bottom of the message box labelled Mode > Others > Dual Language Drafter.

Q3. Does Lucio support scanned documents? Which file types are supported?

Yes, it can read scanned or handwritten texts, including text that is captured in images. However, blurry content may be difficult to process. Supported file types also include: .xlsx, .xls, and csv, pdf, Word (.docx), xml, eml, text files, CSVs and common image formats.

Q4. Can Lucio do image recognition?

No, currently it cannot perform visual analysis (e.g., interpreting diagrams, logos, or charts). The image recognition capability is limited to OCR text.

Q5. Is there any size restriction to the files I upload?

The individual file size limit is 250MB per file.

Q6. Can I extract my answer from the Lucio dashboard?

Yes. (i) In Assistant, you can download responses in Word. (ii) In Briefcase, downloads are available in Excel and Word. (iii) In Chronologies, downloads are available in Word only. (iv) In Translation, you can download in PDF or Word. (v) Copy functions are available across the entire interface.

Q7. Can Lucio read/generate redlined documents and bubble comments on my word files?

Yes, in Assistant.

Q8. Can I upload my templates for reference in drafting exercises?

Yes. You can upload templates / precedents and instruct Lucio to follow the format, structure, articulation style etc.

Q9. Is there a way to customize Lucio?

Yes. Lucio automatically adapts to your drafting and task-based preferences over time. You review this and provide custom instructions via Account Settings > Account Settings > Enable Memory.

Q10. How do I reach out to the Lucio team if I encounter any problems?

You can contact the Lucio team through the in-app support chatbot (see the blue circular button on the bottom right of any page).
