Lucio, as a trained legal assistant, understands the nuances of your query, requiring only a minimal prompt. It can perform non-mathematical analysis on the extracted data. It can also read scanned documents and translate documents into English if necessary.

Let's upload a shareholders agreement and ask Lucio about the change of control restrictions. Lucio understands that restrictions on mergers, IPOs, and share transfers are all relevant.

Simply click on the hyperlink to view the document and instantly verify the response.

In the same way, you can summarize a complex pleading, extract ratios from judgments, or analyze reports. All outputs can be generated in your preferred language.

Why don’t you go ahead, upload documents and see whether Lucio can help you with today’s deliverable!

Research Mode:

You can use the Assistant to conduct research on any point of law, across jurisdictions. Assistant is trained to conduct the first search and provide a base understanding to the lawyer.

To conduct research, make sure you are in the research mode.

Let's ask Assistant to compare the law on adverse possession in India and Germany. Assistant conducts the first search and cites every response for instant verification.

The lawyer is expected to verify the responses and conduct a further detailed search as required.

You can now go ahead and research about the latest laws, regulations, orders and their amendments in your practice area.

Draft Mode:

With Lucio's Draft Mode, you can seamlessly draft and revise any document, from lengthy agreements to brief communications. Simply upload a precedent to begin, or have Assistant generate content from scratch.

To begin drafting, simply switch to draft mode on Assistant and upload a template (if any).

Here, we have asked Assistant to draft a Power Purchase Agreement based on a term-sheet and precedent agreement.

Once the output is generated, you get an option to download the output as a redline to your template. Just select the document against which you want to run the redline and VOILA! you have a document with suggested changes in redline.

If you don’t want a redline, just select “No Reference Document” and download the output.

Wishing you happy drafting with Lucio!
