Keep repositories lean (in terms of file sizes and numbers) for faster performance
Periodically review and archive outdated documents

Steps to request a new repository
Reach out to your Lucio CS Point of Contact (POC).
Share the following details:
Exact Link to the public source/website from where documents should be scraped.
Lookback Period (e.g., last 12 months, last 3 years) – Ensure balance between comprehensiveness and operational performance.
Preferred File Naming Format – Helps organize the repository meaningfully (e.g., Authority_CaseNo_Date).
List of user email ids for the repository to be shared with.
Note: A smaller, well-structured repository performs better and yields quicker, more accurate results.
4. Ongoing Maintenance
For Lucio-created repositories, updates are provided at the end of each month by the Lucio team.
For user-created repositories, clients should: regularly upload new documents, remove redundant or outdated files and ensure consistency in naming.
